About Sandi
Sandi Tevelow is the Chief Development Officer at The START Center for Cancer Research, bringing a wealth of experience in growth, innovation, and healthcare investment. At START, Sandi is responsible for forming partnerships with community oncology groups and hospitals for the development of new early phase trial sites.
Prior to joining START, Sandi served as the Vice President of Business Development for InnovaCare Health, a leading value-based primary care company, which served over 45,000 seniors and 150,000 total patients. In this role, she played a key role in InnovaCare’s expansion into the provider business, completing over 15 acquisition and partnership transactions with primary care groups across Florida and Texas. Before her tenure at InnovaCare, Sandi led the healthcare vertical as a Vice President at Tenex Capital Management, a $2.5 billion private equity fund focused on creating value through operational improvements. With over a decade of experience in investment banking and private equity, Sandi has a proven track record of driving growth and value creation in the healthcare sector.
Sandi graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Her strategic foresight and expertise in business development make her an invaluable leader in driving START’s growth and strategic initiatives.
