Lauren Panco is the Vice President of Marketing at The START Center for Cancer Research, leveraging over a decade of experience in B2B and B2C healthcare marketing. She spearheads marketing strategy and execution, including branding, sales enablement, public relations, events, and demand generation initiatives.

In her role, Lauren drives strategic initiatives to elevate START’s global and regional brand presence and accelerate growth in the clinical research industry. She is recognized for her dynamic leadership style and ability to execute impactful marketing campaigns that drive results.

Prior to joining START, Lauren held leadership positions in healthcare consulting and clinical research organizations, where she led transformative marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.

Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Media from North Carolina State University. She is passionate about leveraging her expertise to drive positive change and make a meaningful difference in the lives of cancer patients and their families.
