About Craig
Craig is a transformational strategy executive with over 25 years of experience. Craig spent 15 years at IBM with leadership roles across all major functions of strategy & marketing and business segments.
Craig has led both Marketing and Corporate Strategy in multiple organizations, engaging the Leadership Team as well as Boards of Directors in market insights, go to market strategy and the development of strategic growth initiatives. In this capacity, Craig has driven product and solution development, an enterprise data strategy as well as M&A strategy and execution.
Craig has a track record of tackling emerging business opportunities, managing new Brands and building high performance strategy and marketing teams. He transformed an existing strategy and marketing organizations at LabCorp and built marketing organizations from the ground up at Datapipe and WCG Clinical. In all cases, he has excelled at leveraging leading practices to modernize and increase the relevance of marketing as well as effectively partnering across the organization including with CEOs, Commercial and Business Unit Leadership.
Strategic planning, go to market strategy, customer experience and campaign execution are specialty areas for Craig. He has launched new brands globally, managed the development and launch of new products and services as well as built enablement programs for both sales and buyers. Craig launched the first ever cross company brand at IBM, the IBM SmartCloud. He also executed a Brand strategy at WCG that integrated 26 acquired company brands into a single brand strategy and architecture.
Craig has optimized the execution of both external and internal agency teams. While at IBM, he built and led an internal Design Team – leveraging cross agency resources and agile methodologies to launch IBM’s first ever Services eCommerce channel the IBM Marketplace.
