Angela Galindo is the Vice President of Client Engagement at The START Center for Cancer Research, with a diverse background in oncology research, operations, and leadership. With over a decade of experience in the field, Angela has held various key roles, including Associate Director, Regulatory Affairs, Site Development & Quality Manager, and Director of Site Development. During this time, she supported the opening of numerous START Phase I units within the United States and in Europe, in locations where there is a great and unmet need for new anticancer therapies.

In her role, Angela oversees the strategic partnerships of our Sponsors and CROs, as well as leading the START network of sites through study acquisition, feasibility, and start-up activities to ensure the successful execution of clinical trials. Angela is dedicated to the organization’s mission of advancing cancer research and patient care. 

Apart from her extensive organizational contributions, Angela serves on the board for Society for Clinical Research Sites (SCRS). She has a strong commitment to improving healthcare, showing compassion for colleagues, and empathy for our patients.
