Josh Crawford is the Vice President of Integrations for The START Center for Cancer Research and brings more than a decade of healthcare operations leadership experience to the company. He has led companies, business units and departments at small and large multi-specialty healthcare companies with a throughline of launching new locations, services and business units.  

 

Prior to joining START, Josh was the VP of Integrations for VillageMD which included the Summit Health and CityMD multispecialty and urgent care networks.  He led Integration activity and new location launch for Summit Health for the last three years, executing the strategy of expanding the Summit Health brand across New York markets leading to the establishment of over 50 new Summit Health locations and over 100 new multi-specialty providers added to the network in under two years.  Some of the major accomplishments include the integration of large, multi-location gastroenterology, orthopedic and cardiology practices, the introduction of new surgical, diagnostic and nuclear medicine service lines to the region and the launch of four state of the art multi-specialty hubs across Manhattan, Queens and Long Island.

 

Josh brings a detailed project management and leadership approach to the implementation of each new site to ensure high quality and consistent standards in every START clinic.
