Lindsay Belcher joins XenoSTART as the Vice President of Business Development. Lindsay has extensive sales experiences spanning over 20 years.  She is focused on building teams, finding solutions, and organizational growth. In this role, Lindsay will focus on modernizing the sales platform and teams, working with the internal stakeholders to focus on growth and relay the market leadership that XenoSTART holds in preclinical research.  

Over her career, Lindsay has held multiple leadership roles across Biopharma, Medical Device and Biotech. She received her MBA from WP Carey School of Business and enjoys continued learning. She has served on many committees including Logistics for GCSG Annual Meeting, Marketing for HBA in Cambridge, Duxbury Education Foundation, Wicked Good Cause and 6 years as a foster parent.  

Lindsay enjoys travel with her husband, Paul and their daughter, Elin. She serves as the Leader of the Girl Scouts troop – 7^th grade – and enjoys the excitement that brings. Sewing and quilting have been a great past time during the cold New England winters, but she enjoys getting back to the Pacific Northwest where she grew up.
